expertise, with specific expertise hiring high level sales and management types
for companies nationwide. Currently, our C Level candidate database exceeds 700
executives, many of whom have managed start ups to Fortune 500 companies but
what makes all of them unique is all of them have a high net worth, ranging from
$1M to $80M largely due to their success running companies in the past.
Additionally, most of these candidates can invest in the companies that they run
if this is a need, and almost all of them have a following of private equity
firms that may invest in any company they run.
We are seeking solid companies that may have
opportunities for our executives. We know that many companies like to groom
their own candidates in house but from time to time may need to go outside to
find one to fill a position they cannot fill internally. There are
several firms that tap into our candidate database whenever they need
a management team to run a company they acquire, or simply to fill an internal
position and we would like to add you to our list of satisfied clients.
Our fees are very unique and reasonable. We charge 10% of what you pay
our candidates every month for 24 months which includes salary, commissions
and/or bonuses but not stock or stock options. If after several months
our candidate does not work out, you do not pay us any further fees,
however we do not give refunds. What could be simpler and less expensive
